Refund eligibility

Refunds may be issued for duplicate payments, failed transactions where amount was debited, or other valid cases as determined by Brahmaputra Real Estate Ltd.. Property and vehicle purchases are subject to the terms stated at the time of sale and applicable transfer requirements.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used via SSLCommerz where possible.

How to request a refund

Contact us at brahmaputararealestatelimited@gmail.com or +880 1516-178109 with your transaction ID, order details, and reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within 2 working days.

Non-refundable items

Completed property and vehicle purchases may not be refundable once payment has been processed and title or ownership transfer has begun, except in cases of technical error or duplicate payment on our part.
